As of late

Wife is beautiful.

There have been some fun moments in the last couple of weeks. For whatever reason, it seems like we have been a lot more social lately. Maybe it's the weather.

I've seen a lot more of Dan as well.

Dan is cool.

And so is this guy but he makes drinks that do this to people.

When he is not bartending he is a master swordsman.
Sensei, is this the way to hold a sword?

Bikers.

Playing around with my new flash.

Old trick, new face. Crappy photo!
Working with artificial light will take some getting used to...

Lastly, this is what I look like under the instruction of Billy Blanks--working hard to change some bad habits I've developed over the past two or three years. In the end it's not Farah's amazing cooking skills and all of the boba tea and watered-down beer that I drink, it all comes down to poor choices! I know what I have to do... And I'll say it while you think it: "Damn! You got fat!!" ;)

I'm right there with you in fighting the bulge. I'm not blaming my hubby's hillbilly cooking either. I blame the Hershey company and my inability not to eat what they manufacture.

Your wife is so puuurrrtyy! ;D

Tyson is a Jedi Master.

Good job on working out. That's cool. Keep going.

I like the spitting pic of Farah.

Check you out, sweatin' to the oldies. I mean, doing Tae Bo. Ha! That's great, man- I'm sure you're already feeling better. I've started to run again, and feel better just after doing it a few times.

Cool pics- I hope the flash is serving you well.

Elaine, if you're anything like me, your first bite is your last bite! Once I start I just can't stop--sort of like the Lay's potato chip commercial or was it Pringles? Not important! Hopefully you have more self-control than that~. Damn junk food companies!! ;) Good luck fighting the buldge. Have you lost any weight yet?

Eric, let's make sure that you understand the difference between Billy and Richard, OK! Sweatin' to the oldies!?!? ;) I couldn't bring myself to dance along with that... that nice man! Now that I think of it, I think that my Mom actually has that tape. Yeah, it's good to be getting some exercise again. Glad to hear that you're running. Do you think that you'll ever get back on the mountain bike again or is it too soon after the accident?

Hey Matt! Good to hear from you man! How's married life? You're really missing out on the Sacramento summer now that it's up into the 90's every day! Just thought you'ld like to know. ;)

Yes, Cory, as a matter of fact I DO have that tape and even his one called Tone and Stretch. He's actually really good to work out with (and I'm starting up again). Did you know that Patty worked for him many years ago? AND, according to her, he actually IS a nice man!!

Oh, heck yeah- I'm reading for mountain biking again. I'm not so hardcore- it was a fluke thing when I broke my arm. I'm looking foward to riding up at Bass Lake.

I lost the first 10 pounds like nuttin' but the last 10 pounds are killing me! I"ll lost 2 or 3 and then wam, the next day, they'll be back. Its like they go out to visit relatives for a bit and then come back home! I keep plugging away at it though.. (phew)

Mom, too bad that you're starting up Tone and Stretch again because I was really hoping that I could borrow the tape from you. ;) Good for you, Mom! And yes, I'm sure that Richard is a really nice guy. Interesting that Patty used to work with him.

Elaine, unwelcomed guests are always hard to get rid of! It's tough to say good-bye to those last few pounds especially if you love to eat and lounge around like me. Identifying the problem is not the problem (I know how my pants are fitting, or for that matter, how they are not!!) but doing something about it is! It may be time for the Photo Diet again! That was just about taking pictures though~. Good luck to you (and me)!
